Your rights

• Access (Art. 15): confirmation that we process your data and a copy of it.
• Correction (Art. 16): fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure (Art. 17): deletion, unless we must keep certain records by law.
• Restriction (Art. 18): limit processing while a request is assessed.
• Portability (Art. 20): your data in a structured, common electronic format.
• Objection (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent (Art. 7): at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Making a request

E-mail support@mininghardwarezone.com with the subject “GDPR Request” and include:

• your full name;
• the e-mail address used for your account or order;
• your order number, if you have one;
• what you would like us to do.

Most requests are handled within 30 days. If we need longer, we tell you why. We may verify your identity first so data is only given to the right person.

Legal basis we use

• Art. 6(1)(b), contract: orders, accounts, delivery and support.
• Art. 6(1)(c), legal obligation: tax and accounting.
• Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest: fraud prevention, security, service improvement.
• Art. 6(1)(a), consent: newsletters and optional services.

Transfers outside the EU

Where data must be transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
